1. Introduction

Welcome to Jazz Band Library (jazzlib.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and purchase of digital sheet music. By accessing or using Jazz Band Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Jazz Band Library is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Alexeev (hereinafter "we", "us", "the Seller"). Our principal activity is the sale and distribution of digital sheet music arrangements for jazz bands.

2. Definitions

Website — jazzlib.com, jazzbandlibrary.ru, and all associated subdomains.
Digital Goods — sheet music arrangements in PDF format available for purchase and download on the Website.
Account — a personal area on the Website created upon registration or login.
Order — a request to purchase Digital Goods via the Website.
Bundle — a pre-paid package of download credits.

3. Account Registration

To purchase Digital Goods, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Products and Pricing

All products are digital sheet music arrangements in PDF format. Prices are displayed on the product page in USD or RUB depending on your region. Prices include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Current pricing: Big Band — $12.99 / 990₽, Dixieland — $10.99 / 790₽, Small Ensemble — $8.99 / 490₽, Concert Band — $10.99 / 790₽.

5. Payment and Delivery

Payment is processed via Stripe (for international payments) or YooKassa (for payments in Russian rubles). Upon successful payment, Digital Goods are delivered instantly — download links appear in your Account and are sent to your email.

The Seller's obligation is deemed fulfilled at the moment the download link is made available to the Buyer.

6. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sheet music for:

Personal practice and study
Performance by your band or ensemble (live concerts, recordings)
Educational use in teaching settings

You may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, or share purchased files with third parties
Upload files to public file-sharing services
Claim authorship of the arrangements
Use the arrangements for commercial sub-licensing

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once the download link has been accessed. However, we will issue a refund if:

The file is corrupted or unreadable
The content does not match the product description
A technical error prevented delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to [email protected] with your order number.

8. Intellectual Property

All arrangements available on Jazz Band Library are obtained through legitimate collection exchanges with professional arrangers. The arrangements are original works of the listed arrangers and are distributed with their authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jazz Band Library is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

For users in the Russian Federation, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. For international users, disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where the Seller is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
