This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This Public Offer (hereinafter "Offer") defines the terms and conditions of the contract between Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Alexeev (hereinafter "Seller") and any individual or legal entity that accepts this Offer (hereinafter "Buyer") for the purchase of digital sheet music arrangements via the website jazzlib.com.
The contract is concluded by the Buyer's acceptance of this Offer in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment for an Order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with Digital Goods (sheet music arrangements in PDF format) upon receipt of payment, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the Digital Goods in accordance with the prices indicated on the Website.
The essential terms of the contract (product name, price, delivery method) are specified on the product page and at checkout.
Acceptance of this Offer occurs at the moment of successful payment confirmation. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment of acceptance.
The Buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have full legal capacity.

The Seller does not store card details. All payment data is processed by the payment service provider.
Digital Goods are delivered instantly after successful payment by providing download links in the Buyer's Account and via email. Delivery time: immediate (up to 5 minutes in exceptional cases).
The Seller's obligation is fulfilled at the moment the download link becomes available to the Buyer.
Upon purchase, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and performance use. Redistribution, resale, and public sharing of files is prohibited.
In accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law "On Consumer Protection" and Government Decree No. 2463, the Buyer may not return Digital Goods of proper quality after the download link has been accessed, as the product is delivered in full immediately upon payment.
Refunds are issued in cases of: defective files, content not matching the description, or technical delivery failure. Claims must be submitted within 14 days to [email protected].
All arrangements are original works of the listed arrangers, obtained through legitimate collection exchanges. The Seller has the right to distribute these arrangements digitally.
The Seller is not liable for the Buyer's inability to use Digital Goods due to the Buyer's hardware, software, or internet connection issues. The Seller's total liability is limited to the price paid for the specific Order.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website and Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including the Civil Code, the Law "On Consumer Protection" (No. 2300-I), and Government Decree No. 2463 on distance selling rules.
The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Seller may amend this Offer by publishing a new version on the Website. For completed orders, the version effective at the time of payment applies.
